This post talks about the issue that USG5500 on Win10 1703 and part 1709 pings nowhere.


Received a lot of feedback, the USG5500 in some Win10 1703 and some 1709 pings nowhere. Because of Win10 1703 or the newly upgraded 1709, this system limits the firewall communication, so the USG5500 cannot be used temporarily.


We recommend that you use the USG6000V instead.


Other system versions can implement the firewall communication. Please check whether the configurations, trust domains and security policies are correct. In case of doubt, you can test the connection between devices in one station only.
