USG5500 and USG6000 on eNSP don't start

Hi there, guys!


This post enquires about the issue that an USG5500 and USG6000 don't start on eNSP. Please see more details as you read further down this post.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION


USG5500 and USG6000 never start if the installation of eNSP is done in a language other than English on Win10.


eNSP


My Win10 was originally in Spanish. I tried to change the language at the start and now my Win10 seems to be in English, but the USG continues with #####. Do you have any suggestion about the issue that an USG5500 and USG6000 don't start on eNSP?

Good day!

1. Open the registry, check whether the value of InstallDir under SOFTWARE\Oracle\VirtualBox under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE is your VBox installation directory (note that the VBox installation directory cannot be a Chinese directory) and whether the Version and VersionExt values are the VBox version number you downloaded.

If you are not uninstalling VBox, delete the registry file under \Oracle\VirtualBox and reinstall VBox.

If yes, go to 2.

2. Open the VBox installation directory, set the three processes VirtualBox.exe, VBoxManage.exe and VBoxHeadless.exe to the Win7 compatibility mode and run as administrator.

3. Open VirtualBox to see if there is a link between AR (AC/AP)_Clone_*** and AR_Base and delete if there is one.


4. Click VirtualBox Management - Virtual Media Management to delete AR_Base.vdi. If the prompt cannot be deleted, delete the sub-link below AR_Base.vdi and then delete AR_Base.vdi.

5. Open the \vboxserver folder in the eNSP installation directory and delete the folder below the box (if not, skip it).

6. Open eNSP, do not add any analog device, click 'Menu - Tools - Register Device' to register.

Or you can refer FAQ in help document of eNSP, hope this could help you USG5500 and USG6000 on eNSP don't start-2805085-1

All have done as defined in FAQ "How to Solve the problem of USG 6000V start failure?"
Virtualization is included, anti-virus not active, VirtualBox NDIS6 Bridged Networking Driver is enclosed. All device such as AR and AC work orderly. Are Not started only USG6000 and USG5500.
My Win7 has a russian localization, however directory of the installation english HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Oracle\VirtualBox "Version"="5.2.30"
Has done what recommended removing and reregister device, reregister passed successfully but this did not give result...

What else necessary to check?
