USG Firewalll Not Working as per the following

Please note i have tried the following today numerous time and each time I try logon to the landing page https://192.168.0.1:8443 the ping stops and then the link goes down on ensp between the cloud and USG6000 firewall. When i logon to the Virutal box I see that the USG instance has failed.

I try restart but error.

Please can you give me a full listing of all the version you are running

ensp version

Wincap Version

Virtual Box version

Wireshark version

USG version

and so on to mirror with yoru setup as need to get his running for studies
