【Problem Description】

some users cannot connect wifi auto if the wifi disconnect.


【Problem Analysis】

As of today's remote session, there is no online failed record on AC for the station, and also don’t have any record when the station disconnect auto[16:46:51--16:48:33(manually)], it means the station itself don’t try to connect the WIFI auto.

It should be a station problem.

Could you please check if the station enables the 'connect auto' for the WIFI as attachment?

The WLAN with a small number of management personnel can use the STA whitelist. MAC addresses of management personnel's wireless terminals can be added to a STA whitelist, preventing other employees from accessing the WLAN.

The management personnel found that some unauthorized STAs are online. To prevent this situation, management personnel can add MAC addresses of the STAs to a blacklist to prevent these STAs from accessing the WLAN. STAs that are not in the blacklist can access the WLAN.
