users are offline and can't access internet

1. customer has 2 ACs and need to active auto sync between them

2. we checked their version and found that they must upgraded from V200R006 to V200R007

3. upgrade done and auto sync work fine between 2 ACs

4. when customer monitor the network he found that many users can't access internet

5. check configuration that already exist after upgrade to the new version

6. we removed below highlighted commands that make users offline
