User fail to call out with the eSpace Desktop in the EC6.1 solution . What is the possibility when user received error message " SIP 488 Not Acceptable here " ?

Hi there!

SRTP is configured as Mandantory on the caller site. When the caller site configured mandantory, the caller site must be configured as mandantory - only the media can be established.
