Today, I'll show you how to handle the problem that the number of users on eSight is 0 but the actual number of users is not 0.
Problem
On eSight WLAN Resource Page , AP number of ISB-IST-AC (10.4.76.4 ) shows 0
Solution
By check eSight system log , we found cause is same with SR 2419709 handled before, To solve this issue we need to install eSight patch V300R009C00SPC202
Kindly check the version of eisht and if lowwer than Ve 300R009C00SPC202 with the above issue, kindly install the V300R009C00SPC202 patch.
