To troubleshoot this problem you have to do this steps:

1.Log in to the computer and the VCM server separately and run the ping command to check whether the network between the computer and the VCM server is normal.

2.Checking whether the management board is running properly.

3.Checking whether the OMM_SPC module is running properly

4.Checking whether the user account has expired
