User and Pass por UniSTAR SCT Offline

Hi People

I have installing the SCT Offline version , but when i want to login in the application , the application open a web page with login but I Don't Have this login and pass.

Anybody have this information or tell me how I request this credential?.

I am afraid you may need to apply for the SCT permission first.
Would you please kindly tell you are a channel partner or not? If yes, you can contact your local Huawei product manager to ask for help or refer here to apply for the permission on your own :
1.Log in at https://uniportal.huawei.com/uniportal/[/url] to apply for a Uniportal user account.
2. Apply for associating with the Huawei channel partner's organization at http://e.huawei.com/en/myspace/accountinformation
