Basic Feature of the Camera
Face Match
The facial match or facial recognition features enables the identification of the passerby on the camera if their data is already stored on the face library. Information such as the name, gender, age, address, and etc. You may set the person as either blacklist or whitelist and check if the system needs to receive an alert once the person is on the area covered by the camera. You can set the similarity percentage, the usual range for the threshold is 80-85% of the face match. Once the facial recognition has reached the threshold value, it will automatically alert the system. If the person is not enabled as “alert” in the face library, the system will not preview the facial match on the live-view but the face will still be captured.
In doing so, during the live view, you have to enable the “Real-time Capture” to have an ongoing facial recognition matching. An example of the face match is below,

Face
This feature is used when there is no data stored in the face library. It is a face and body capture wherein everybody that is inside the coverage area of the camera will be captured and their physical attribute will be stored such as gender, estimated age, hair style, upper and bottom style, have a bag, umbrella etc. and other basic feature that may be estimated.
To enable this during the live view, simply click the “Real-time Capture” to have an ongoing face and
I. Logging in the Webpage of the Camera
i. Before opening Internet Explorer, right click and choose “Run as Administrator”
ii. Open and input the IP address of the camera on the address bar.
iii. Input the username and password of the IP camera
iv. At the first login, you must install the IPCPlayer to view live video.

II. Capability of X1221
i. Face Library Management
- Face Library Management lets you see the current data stored in the camera, you may create a new face library and add face library database and name.
1. Click “Settings” then “Intelligent Analysis” then “Face Library Management” on the left side.
2. Click “+New” for creating a face library database and then set your desired library name.
3. For enabling the facial recognition match, check the “Enable Facial Recognition”
4. To add to the face library, click the edit button (), input the threshold value, the usual range is for 80-85, the threshold value identifies the “Alert” function on who will preview as the “Blacklist/Whitelist” during live view of the camera.
ii. Add Face Image to the Face Library
1. Click on “+New” then “Add Face Data” and an interface will preview.
2. Input the information of the user such as name, gender, age, location, and etc. Afterwards, add the image of the person for facial match feature.
3. Click “OK”
