Hi everyone

I have stacked two S5720 . They have ports connected with pc and ip phone.  Recently some ports always up and down state. When Ip phones are ring and on negotiation computer internet cut down. I'am taking error this (There is congesiton risk on port gi 0/0/26).

Could you help me please?

Hello,
From your description, it seems that the traffic utilization rate under the interface is relatively high. When using IP phones, the traffic may exceed the threshold. As the priority of voice traffic is higher than that of general data traffic, the packets of the computer loss or even interruption occur. You can check whether there are records about traffic exceeding the threshold in the interface and log.

In addition, you can replace the computer or connect the computer to another port to check whether the problem is caused by the computer or the switch port.

Hi Murat87,
Could you describe it more clearly?  Do you mean that the phone and PC are connected to the switch directly, and then when the phone rings, the network is disconnected?

And where is the gi 0/0/26 connect to?  Can you share the configuration?

There are one computer and one ip phone together on switch's one port. For example on Switch gi0/0/26 port connected to computer that connected to ip phone. When the phone rings network disconnected, also when phone is online network is disconnected.

Thanks for your interest Popeye. I think problem has been solved for now. One of the switches's second power was off. After that power is on phones and computers run properly.
