Hi guys,

We tried very hard to achieve zero export to the grid, but it seems to be impossible with Sun2000 inverters.

I am not sure if i am doing something wrong with the Dongle or Inverters settings . Please see attached files  to have a look on the settings and our system diagram .

Many Thanks

Hello, dear.
The inverter is set with zero output limit, which requires the use of ammeter and smartlogger. No relationship with dongle settings.

Hello Dear,
Huawei advised us to use only Smart Dongle. They said no smartlogger needed.

The Smart Dongle function is only for communication. You can connect with your mobile phone via Smart Dongle and use the Fusionsolar APP in your mobile phone to set the zero export restriction.

Since the attachment is being scanned, I cannot recognize your SUN2000 model. Without the use of smart recorder devices, only some small inverters can use the electrical expression to zero output limits.

How can I set zero export on my sun2000l inverter?

An update about the problem .

I just found out, if two of the inverters are connected and working , the consumption is very unstable,so we have lot of export in the grid.
I turn off the cascaded inverter and connect all the 40kw panels on the 20kw inverter, and then , consumption is very stable and no output .

Hope this can help you to find the problem.

difference with 1 and 2 inverters

The fluctuation of self-consumption is related to many parameters, and I cannot see the problem from the figure.
Hello, huawei_cy.
We have reviewed your parameter settings and plans in detail. We did not find your error. We hope you can contact the photovoltaic team. Provide the SN number of your inverter, inverter log, SDlongle log. There will be professional engineers to provide you with technical services. https://solar.huawei.com/eu/Contact
Thanks for your question.
