  Rewarded HiCoins: 0 (problem resolved)

We use the switch S5721-28X-SI-24S-AC. The upstream port of the switch shows 100% utilization. Live traffic only reaching 200Mb.

Please help locate the fault. Thank you.

The g0/0/1 speed is 10, and theduplex is half, that’s why the same traffic, g0/0/1 interface utilization is100%. Please check the peer device of g 0/0/1, what interface bandwidth does ituse? and does it use the auto-negotiation?

By default the interface usethe auto-negotiation, and if the auto mode can’t make the speed and duplex worknormally,

Try to change the speed andduplex mode manually.

[HUAWEI] interface gigabitethernet 0/0/1

[HUAWEI-GigabitEthernetwng0/0/1] undo negotiation auto

[HUAWEI-GigabitEthernet0/0/1] speed 1000

[HUAWEI-GigabitEthernet0/0/1] duplex full

If the configurations on both sides are correct, maybe you need to replace the optical module.
