Uploading VRP file to NE40

As my internet uploading speed is about 50Mb/s,,,, when I uploading VRP  V8R11  file through Filezilla to NE40E-X16A then uploading speed is only 480 to 500 kb/s  whats the issue,,, as router have this capturing speed..?  as any other alternative method,?

and how we get the file from any other routers in the same Network?

well, I would suggest you check the bandwidth between your PC and the NE40E, rather than the internet uploading speed.
For the second question, as far as I know, it's impossible to do that.

would it possible to connect the PC directly to NE40E to upload the firmware file?
(how we get the file from any other routers in the same Network?) which file do you want to get?

No, i am uploading through VPN & ftp filezilla,,,,,means if upload software once on any router on Cf card then direclty get this file on all routers in Network.
