Hello, guys!

Have a nice day!

This topic describes how to upload a TLS certificate into SBC.

In commercial deployment, you need to purchase and upload certificates to SBC. A certificate that authenticates the peer device, could be a root certificate and a certificate that states an own identity as a device certificate.

In order to upload TLS certificates that are also beneficial to the integrity or the system and overall service, you will need to perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the eSBC as an administrator.

  2. Go to Configuration > Expert Mode > Certificate Management in the navigation tree.

  3. Upload the  as per below, using a user certificate and key:

    device certificate

NOTE: the certificate files type supported are: usercert.pem, usercert.pfx, and usercert.der and the same as for the private key: private.pem, private.pfx, and private.der.

  4. Upload a root certificate as per below:

    root certificate

That is all, I hope this KB will be helpful for future reference.
