Upgraid V100R001C30SPC900 to USG6000V500R001C60SPC300

I can't upgraid V100R001C30SPC900 to USG6000V500R001C60SPC300 because the error in configuration file,is there any solution for direct upgraid V100R001C30SPC900 to USG6000V500R001C60SPC300?

Hi,
You cant upgrade directly from V1 to V5. Firstly, you need to upgrade to V500R001C30SPC100, which is the intermediate version. From there, you can upgrade directly to V500R001C60SPC500, which is the currently recommended software version.
For the upgrade, a configuration conversion needs to be done, since some commands have changed between the two software versions, you can`t just use the old startup config.
Also, Huawei has restricted the download of V500R001C30SPC100, to avoid that customers upgrade their appliances and loose the configurations.
