For the U2000 upgrade and OSMU upgrade, there is a matched version relationship. Before upgrading U2000, you have to upgrade OSMU to the target version firstly;
otherwise, the U2000 upgrade will not be success. The upgrade from R015 to R018 spans 3 R versions, our upgrade tool only supports the
upgrade spanning 2 R version, so we have to split the upgrade into several steps.
1) Upgrade current OSMU to OSMU V200R002C70CP2009.
2) Upgrade U2000 from U2000 V200R015C10SPC250 to U2000 V200R017C10CP2503, CME from CME V200R015C10SPC250 to CME V200R017C10SPC250 +CP2501.
3) Upgrade OSMU from V200R002C70CP2009 to OSMU V200R002C81CP2003.
