Upgrade failure latest so...

Upgrade failure latest software version 50KTL Huawei Inverter and DC not sense.

When customers upgrade 50ktl  inverter with SPC116  then inverter upgrade upto 70% .After that the upgrade process failed. Now  inverter does not sense the DC voltage.

After analysis the problem the upgrade failure. 

Then the following step we have taken to rectify this issue. 

we disable to the upgrade delay and again update the inverter software previous version.

If the online upgrade fails, you can request an upgrade package from the PV center and use a USB stick to upgrade at the near end.

@user_4330547 please install the latest SUN2000APP, the one which you have sent the screenshots is the old version.

In addition, please check if the DC switches are in ON position during the upgrade process and inverter has at least 200V on the strings while yo're performing the upgrade.
