Hi,

I'm trying to upgrading my AP5030DN with a new firmware over FTP.

But I only get following error and I can't understand why.

[WLAN1-diagnose]upgrade upgrade-assistant-package ftp AP5X30XN_V200R006C10SPCa00.upgrade_assistant_package.bin 10.10.10.10 USERNAME PASSWORD

Warning: Do Not Power-off!

Error: Upgrade upgrade-assistant-package failed due to a failure in downloading the version file.

I can find someone earlier got this problem but the answer was not in english

Please check if your FTP server is available and if the communication between the AP and the FTP server is normal.
