Updating NE20E-S2F through BootRom

In the first attempt of updating of the software through a BootRom router NE20E-S2F loaded 2560 bytes were and interrupted with a mistake.The second attempt gives an error.The equipment isn't loaded as old image was corrupted.Settings are shown in the screenshots or link https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4vlf3YLlMImdTFDUy1UMTdmSjA. Prompt how to solve this problem, in documentation the decision isn't present.
