Hello,

Every time I log in to the firewall through the browser, a security prompt always appears. Is there a way to permanently eliminate this alert? Thank you!

Hello,

There are three ways to solve this:

• Method 1: Purchase an SSL certificate issued by a well-known CA and import it as the device certificate. This method can eliminate the security warning without the need of importing any CA certificate to the terminal.

• Method 2: Use a certificate making tool (such as xca) to make a CA certificate and a device certificate, import the device certificate to the firewall and install the CA certificate on the terminal.

• Method 3: The end user adds the address to the list of trusted websites.

Internet Explorer > Internet Options > Security > Lower security level

Choose Internet Explorer > Internet options > Advanced and deselect Warn about certificate address mismatch* and Check for signatures on downloaded programs.

Choose Start > Run > gpedit.msc > Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer and enable Turn off the Security Settings Check feature.

Please let me know if this is workful.
