Unregister network on LTE site

Dear all,

I have site of LTE with BBU3900,LMPT and LBBP card.When site_12 go down the Handset near site work on neb sites signal but when our site_12 go UP the handset go on Unregister network.
All other handset which came in area of site_12 go on Unregister network.

Site 

Site_12 didnot have any RF alram, All cell are working OK as per DSP Cell.

Can anyone help on this.

Hello, dear.
After checking the screenshots, it is your terminal is not connected to the network, so it cannot search for the base station signal, you need to get in touch with the local Huawei office. Perform a signaling trace to check the cause of the problem.
