hi JaberM,

If you forgot the password for logging in to the OMU portal please follow the below procedure:

1.Log in to the server as root user.

2.Run the su postgres -c "/home/postgres/bin/psql -p 6000 -d omu -c \"update tbl_omu_user_info set passwd='f0923a2988ada0d95570a304ef15671ce8df23683c83e1c5c98db502fc9fccf3', salt='', first_***=1 where user_name='Admin';\"" command to reset the password of the OMU portal administrator.

If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, I would advice to open a service request to the technical support engineers.
