Unknown wifi signal?

Hi...

I have the Hauwei B900 which was hacked.. I have factory reset it countless times but it never stopped the hacker gaining access.

The router when switched on emits an unknown signal (I see the name that I have given to the wifi but I also see a seperate signal as "?"

Any ideas why I see this "?" and is this connected to it been hacked? and what can I do?

I'm sorry you are facing this issue but Huawei B900 belongs to consumer product. For queries and issues regarding any Huawei consumer products (i.e. mobile phones and tablets), please visit the Huawei consumer Website or Hotline Service.
