The prerequisites for accessing the UniSTAR configuration tool are as follows:

1. Register a user on the Huawei official website.

2. Associate the organization with your organization and ensure that your organization information is valid.

3. Apply for the configuration quotation permission.

After all the preceding requirements have been met, you can receive an email indicating that the permission application is successful. In this case, you can log in to the UniSTAR configuration tool.
