Undo policy vpn-target

On a specific device in the following scenarios:
RRs deployed on the BGP/MPLS IP VPN, Kompella VPLS, or Kompella VLL backbone network.
ASBR (not functioning as a PE) in inter-AS BGP/MPLS IP VPN Option B.
VPNs are not created on the RR or ASBR, and therefore VPN targets are not configured. As a result, the RR or ASBR does not save VPN routes or label blocks. However, the RR or ASBR needs to save all VPN routes or label blocks sent by PEs. To solve this problem, run the undo policy vpn-target command on the RR or ASBR to disable VPN-Target filtering for VPN routes or label blocks.
In conclusion, no VPN instance or route target is configured on the ASBR/RR. Therefore, you must run the undo policy vpn-target command to disable VPN target filtering so that the device can learn and save the VPN routes sent by the PE.
