iam unable to view Msoftx/UMG8900 alarms help in windows10 , as you can see in attached snapshot. kindly resolve.

Hi, dear!

The updated kernel version is no longer compatible with the alarm page and documentation center. Therefore, the page cannot be properly displayed.

In the Windows Update window, click View Update History. Check whether the OS patch version is later than June 2021.

If yes, uninstall the patch and restart Windows.
