Users are unable to use the intelligent feature on VCM5010.
ALARM INFORMATION

HANDLING PROCESS
1. Rebooted VCM.
2. Checked whether able to log in using an admin account.
3. Checked the rights role for the admin account.
4. Checked the browser version and whether all the extensions are installed correctly.
ROOT CAUSE
It may be due to a licensing issue.
SUGGESTIONS
Check the license of the VCM5010.
