Yes seems Creator Edition has broken again hopefully a new updated npcap will come out soon that possibly might fix or eNSP will be made NDIS 6 compatible
Removed npcap updated to npcap 0.93 again installed with WinPCap compatibility. Removed eNSP and re-installed. Checked host network in Virtualbox (corrected to 192.168.51.1). Registered devices in eNSP
Rebooted and currently working again for now
