[Issue description]
After starting a conference call on a TE40, setting a desired screen layout with the command 'mc SetLayout 3' (issued from a Telnet connection) does not work; instead, we get the error message 'The mode is not supported' (as depicted below).
Also, when trying to set the layout from the remote control, we get an error message on the screen saying something like 'Only the local source can be displayed at the moment'.

[Handling process]
If no source of presentations is connected to one of the VGA or HDMI inputs, the TE40 will display the error 'Only the local source can be displayed at the moment'. This is the same reason for which the command 'mc SetLayout 3' issued over Telnet is not working – layout mode 3 refers to showing the presentation on the TV screen. However, if there’s no presentation source connected, the 'mc SetLayout 3' command will output an error: 'The mode is not supported'.
[Root cause]
The HDMI input connection was loose or in some error state.
[Solution]
After checking the physical connections, unplugging and re-plugging the HDMI input connection, the problem was solved.
