【Problem Description】Unable to perform zoom/focus/ or right/left functions FROM the SMC’s Scheduled Conference Page.

【Solution Description】The default endpoint IP address is 192.168.1.1. If your endpoint IP address is not the default one, use the actual IP address, which you can obtain from the home screen of the user interface operated using the remote control.Open a web browser and enter the endpoint IP address in the address box to access the login page of the web interface. Then enter the user name and password (default: admin/Change_Me) to log in.
Choose System Settings > Input/Output and click the Video Input tab.set the remote control value to Allow.
