Problem Description
Unable to open WDM Interface of the 9800 type devices in Huawei NCE-T NMS.
Problem Analysis
We have checked related logs, a large number of HFTP exceptions occurred when the problem occurred. HFTP exception caused the send process to end abnormally. As a result, the HFTP response thread was suspended, the UPLoader object could not be released, and memory leakage occurred. The V8trans process responds slowly, the web page of the foreground times out, they can't open WDM interface.
Root Cause
Memory leakage is caused by an HFTP code defect.
Solution Description
It can be solved in V100R019C00CP6025. So need to upgrade the NCE software.
