1. Checked product document the correct IP address of iDeploy web should be https://iDeployserverIP:18443/ideploy/or https://Localhost:18443/ideploy/
2. The customer entered wrong ip address.
【Root Cause】：
The iDeploy web ip address was incorrect.
【Solution Description】：
Entered https://Localhost:18443/ideploy/ in the browser address field and successfully logged in.
