Hi All,

Recently my company migrated all the machines into domain controller structure and provided user right to my laptop. After that i am unable to open and use ENSP application, it is prompting for admin rights. Previously it worked very well when my laptop is in standalone workstation mode with admin rights.

Please help me, how can i use ENSP in my laptop in domain controller environment without admin rights.

This is an environmental problem - only your domain allows eNSP to be installed and only your computer can use eNSP.

This is not an eNSP installation problem. If replaced by another software, the effects will probably stay be the same.

1. Try to uninstall eNSP, clear the installation directory residual file, then try to install.
2. Check whether the port control software is installed on the computer, they intercepted the eNSP or VBOX.
3.Does the domain controller restrict the use of the software?

We use the cloud desktop is also a domain, it can use eNSP, it is recommended to see if your domain environment limits the installation of the software.

yes our domain restricts the installation of any software. My IT team has a user with administrator rights and with that user ENSP is open and working fine but where my user is having only user rights and i am not able to open ENSP application.
