Unable to mount image on IVS 3800

Whenever I am trying to mount image on HTML 5 Integrated Remote Console, it doesn't connect.

Usually when you mount a file it shows disconnect option. But it is not showing that.

I want to mount EulerOS file for IVS 3800.

Hi, I tried using Internet explorer as well as Java app KVM, but still the same issue.
It was working fine before I was able to mount the image but all of the sudden it stopped working. Like while mounting you press connect button and it changes to "disconnect", but its not changing to that.
I attached the screenshot in post.

And try to restart the iBMC.  
Restarting the iBMC resolved the issue, disk can be mounted now.
