Unable to make outgoing calls on P20 Lite

hello there,

Please i need your help, i can not make outgoing calls from my P20 lite, yesterday i was making calls as usual but now it's being disconnected after dialing any number but when i put my simcard into another device it's works properly.


Any advise please?

Am using HUAWEI P20 but am unable to make calls, my sim cards are working in the other device.
