Unable to login to WMPT

Hi All,

I am trying to login to a WMPT but is showing a message "Operator Authentication Failed", I just want to know if this issue is related to my laptop settings or the login details have been changed by the operator and need their credentials to login.

Never had this alarm before.

Any feedback you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
