Problem Description
Unable to login to U2000 which is based on Windows 2008
Problem Analysis
U2000V2R14C60SPC201 Windows2008 After database can not start, so U2000 can not start.
Check the OS, C is almost full and database log is very large, customer directly powered off U2000 server machine cause log file damaged, so when database starting, it can not write log to log file, after remove the log folder and recreate log folder, then start database successfully. Then U2000 start successfully.
Root Cause
Operator directly powered off U2000 server machine, it cause log file damaged, so when database starting, it can not write log to log file, database can not start and U2000 can not start.
Solution Description
Recreate log folder for database(SQL Server) and then start database(SQL Server) and U2000.
