Unable to login to BBU3900

Hello,

- Do you always have problem with this version? If you can get it try to install to your PC.

- Maybe the WMPT has an old SW than you have to upgrade to an earlier version and after the latest.
- The card is faulty

- Try to upgrade via USB port:
1. Create a directory “NodeB” on the USB storage device and inside this directory create two folders “Configuration” and “Software”. Then in Configuration directory you should paste NodeBCfg.xml and in Software directory you should paste Software.csp and SwCPatch.csp files.2.Power on NodeB and wait for 10 minutes.
3. When you find the WMPT RUN light is slowly flash (1s on, 1s off), You must wait for 5 min, then insert Netac USB into the USB port (left one) on the board.
4. When upgrade finished, the BBU will restart automatically, you can hear the voice of fan running loudly for some time.
5. The status of LED:
WMPT RUN slowly flash (1s on, 1s off);
WMPT ACT will be on permanently;
USB LED is on for 2 minutes.
6. Try to connect and verify the SW version.
7. Remove the USB from NodeB

If you want to log in to the BBU3900 chassis, you need to log in to the Web LMT or local LMT through the maintenance IP address of the main control board such as WMPT. If you cannot log in to the main control board using the default maintenance IP (192.168.0.49), check whether the current network is normal.
For example, if you can ping 192.168.0.49 through the local PC, which indicates that the network is normal, otherwise, check whether the network configuration and physical connection are correct.
Besides, the delivered main control board cannot be restored to factory defaults, so if it is necessary, please contact Huawei TAC or R&D engineer to check it further.
