This time, I will share with you a case about being unable to log in to U2000.
Problem Description
A customer was not able to log in to their U2000. There was no error message.
Handling Process
1. Ensure the NE IP is correct.
2. Ensure the laptop IP is set in accordance with the NE IP (e.g. the NE IP is 129.1.0.13, laptop ip is set to 129.1.0.25).
3. Ensure the correct subnet mask IP.
4. Ensure the connectivity between the laptop and NE (perform a ping test).
5. Ensure the LAN cable type is cross / straight.
Afterward
1. Open the Navigator-input NE IP.
2. The login window pops up; input the NE-ID (e.g. 9-55) , username: lct, password: password, tick Force Login.
3. Will log in to the equipment through the Navigator.
4. DO NOT close or shut down the Navigator.
5. Proceed to open WebLCT or U2000 and the login is successful.
