The hint message displayed when logging in to the IVS Client is: new version detected.
Please find below the solution
1. The IVS Client version is inconsistent with the VCN version, which caused the login failure.
2. We advised to install the V100R002C30SPC200 version.
3. We installed the new IVS version via auto install.
4. Now the customer can access the IVS Client.
