Unable to log in to the IVS Client

This post is about being unable to log in to the IVS Client. Please find the solution below.

【Problem description】

When the customer tries to log in to the IVS Client, they get the following error. 

【Problem Analysis】

1. The hint message displayed when logging in to the IVS Client is: new version detected.

2. The VCN version is V100R002C30SPC200, but the IVS Client version is V100R002C20SPC200.

3. Checked the IVS Client Version. 



4. Checked the VCN version. 


【Solution description】

1. The IVS Client version is inconsistent with the VCN version, which caused the login failure.

2. We advised to install the V100R002C30SPC200 version.

3. We installed the new IVS version via auto install. 

4. Now the customer can access the IVS Client.

we always need to upgrade IVS after upgrading the VCN version
