Unable to log in to the HMM page

This post is regarding the issue of being unable to log in to the HMM page. Please see further down for the solution.

【Problem description】

The customer tries to log in to the HMM interface and always fails.

【Problem analysis】

The customer tried the both Change_Me and Huawei12#$ passwords, but both failed.

【Solution description】

The default password for Webroot@7*24.

We tried this password and logged in successfully.
