Thats SMC2.0, after upgrading the windows from 2008 to 2012 he faced this issue, after disabling the security hardening it was solved

Dear, after he upgrades windows server from 2008 to 2012 he cant login to SMC2.0 as an adminsiatrator he can just login as SW master, after disabling the system hardening he was able to login as admin.
