Hello there, everyone!

This post is about the issue of being unable to load the live preview feed on IVS Client. Please have a look below in order to find more details on the topic.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

The user is unable to load the live preview feed on IVS Client.

HANDLING PROCESS

1. Reinstalled the IVS Client.

2. Check if the camera was available/online.

3. Read the camera that cannot be viewed. Confirmed whether the network connection was OK.

ROOT CAUSE

It may due to a network that has a problem. It may be due to port blocking.

SUGGESTIONS

Change the video stream parameter on the camera.
