ISSUE DESCRIPTION
The user is unable to load the live preview feed on IVS Client.
HANDLING PROCESS
1. Reinstalled the IVS Client.
2. Check if the camera was available/online.
3. Read the camera that cannot be viewed. Confirmed whether the network connection was OK.
ROOT CAUSE
It may due to a network that has a problem. It may be due to port blocking.
SUGGESTIONS
Change the video stream parameter on the camera.
