Unable to export logs on USG 6650(RAID)

On USG6650 we will see that "Export" option is not available.

Due to this problem, customer is not able to export the logs from USG.

If we try to mount the disk, after 10 minutes of waiting we will see that the disk is still un-mounted.

If we check the output from command display device, we can see that the status of the two hard disks is abnormal.

If we are using 2 disks on our USG, we need to build the RAID first. Keep in mind that this operation might take several hours. The command in order to build the RAID is reset raidprimary-disk disk-id.

We can check the status by using command display disk information.

After the USG has finished building the RAID, the filesystem status will be Mounted and DiskRaidMode will be Active. We will be able to export the logs.
