Hi, dear!

This topic describes the solution for unable to create a video synopsis task.

Problem description

Unable to create a video synopsis task.

Product: IVS3800

Version: V100R019C50SPC300

Problem analysis

Because video synopsis is a CPU task. So we collect the CPU logs.

When we check the logs, we find the "VA is not existed" is printed. So we check the plugin version.

Root Cause

Plug-in installation error

Solution

Download the corresponding plug-in and install it.
