Unable to confirm ONU ("The board does not support this operation")

According to your screenshot, you need to reconfigure or modify the service window. In your list, 2.5G/1.25G is the configured service type. 

The H902GPSF board is a typical GPON board and does not support the 10G/10G rate type. You are advised to check whether the line profile, service profile, and ONU model are correct.

10G/10G indicates the rate type of the XGS-PON interface and 10G-EPON symmetric interface. If the PON interface is of either type or the PON interface is of the default type on the configuration page of the U2000, this information is displayed.

Can you please tell me what exact part of the configuration needs to be changed? We are confident that the line profile, service profile, and ONU model are correct since everything is working perfectly fine on our other OLTs. Also, the “rate type” in the service window is greyed out so it is not possible to change it using U2000.

The rate type 2.5G/1.25G is also detected correctly but once we right-click on the ONU in order to confirm it, the generated menu box has “10G/10G” pre-selected without any options to change it to the mode
