Unable to configure RAID Highlighted

【Problem description】

OMU portal local disk page was abnormal and unable to create RAID.

【Problem analysis】

1.Unable to login server throughSSH.

2. The front panel is showing 333 error.

3. Logged in server through com port.

4. Found the services were offline and RAID group wasn’t created.

【Root cause】

The VCN system has not been loaded completely, minimum system was mounted.

【Solution description】

1. Log in to the OMU Portal.

2. Click the Details tab.

3. Select the disk in slot 0 and click Recovery in the Operations column.

4. Confirmed that the VCN500 system has been successfully restored.
