unable to collect the OS logs due to the following issue on the Fusion Tool.

unable to collect the OS logs due to the following issue message from Power shell "create powershell remote session failed please check the powershell remote service and powershell port" on the Fusion Tool, I have tried both the ports for powershell remoting i.e 22 and 5985 as well and the command whic i used is Enable-PSRemoting -Force
